Lost or Delayed Packages
At High Country Gardens, we know how much anticipation comes with each order — the joy of planning, the hope of new growth. That’s why we take great care in packing and shipping, to help ensure your plants and seeds arrive ready to thrive.
Once your order leaves our greenhouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, tracking information is provided directly by them. What you see in your tracking updates is exactly what we see as well.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your order ships.
Occasionally, tracking may pause for a day or two while your package is still in transit.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 days, and we pack our plants carefully to stay healthy for up to 10 days on the road.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipping, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Service team. We’ll be glad to help with a replacement or refund, and make sure you’re well taken care of.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage, please reach out to our Customer Service team and include a few photos of the package and its contents. This helps us assess the issue quickly and offer the right solution.
