We know how eager you are to get your hands in the soil — and how confusing it can be when your tracking shows “Delivered,” but nothing has arrived just yet. Here are a few simple steps to take before reaching out:

• Check around your property
  Look near porches, garage doors, side entrances, or other tucked-away spots where the carrier might have left your package safely.

• Ask a neighbor or building staff
  it’s common for packages to be picked up by a neighbor or held at a front desk or mailroom.

• Double-check your shipping address
  A quick look at your order confirmation can help confirm that everything was entered correctly.

• Give it a little more time
  Occasionally, packages are marked “Delivered” a few hours (or even a day) before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 24 hours — in many cases, it shows up shortly afterward.
