For all order changes, please make sure to contact us a week before your order is set to ship so we can make the adjustment in time.


Changing Your Ship Week


Need your plants or seeds to arrive earlier or later? We’re happy to help. Just reach out by phone, chat, or email, and we’ll adjust your ship week to better suit your planting schedule.

Our goal is to make sure your order arrives at just the right time — so your plants and seeds have the best possible start.


Updating Your Shipping Address

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Get in touch via chat or email to cancel your order so it can be re-ordered with the correct shipping address.


Removing Items From Your Order


We understand that plans sometimes change. If you've ordered something that no longer fits your garden plans, get in touch by chat, email, or phone and we will remove the items as long as your order hasn't shipped.
